This policy explains what information www.jordansolender.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Jordan Solender. Questions go to jordan.solender@solendermedia.com.
What we collect
- What you tell our assistant. The site has an AI assistant, Kelsey, that you can talk or type to. It asks what you want to work on and can book a call. It collects what you share: usually your name, email address, phone number, company, and a description of what you need. Conversations, including voice calls with the assistant, are recorded and transcribed.
- Booking details. When a call is booked, our scheduling provider stores your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, and the time you chose.
- Usage information. Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Google Analytics for this, which sets cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To book and prepare for your call, and to talk with you about working together.
- To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, including appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- To understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, you agree that we may send you text messages about your request: appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about working together. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not share mobile numbers, or text messaging consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages. The full messaging terms are in our terms.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process information on our behalf: a hosting provider, an AI voice and chat provider (which processes and records conversations with the assistant), a scheduling provider and a video meeting provider (for booked calls), an email delivery provider, a text messaging provider, and Google (analytics and email). Pages that embed a video load content from that provider, which may set its own cookies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation records and booking details for as long as we are in touch with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Ask and we will delete them sooner.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jordan.solender@solendermedia.com.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We will honor a valid request wherever you are.
Children
This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
