The site and the assistant

The site describes the ways to work with Jordan Solender and the companies he runs. It includes an AI assistant, Kelsey, that answers questions and books calls. Kelsey is software, not a person. What it says is general information, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing it says is an offer or a commitment. Booking a call does not create a client relationship. Conversations with the assistant are recorded and transcribed, as described in the privacy policy.

Text messaging terms

  • Program. When you start a conversation with the assistant or book a call and give a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Jordan Solender about your request: appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about working together.
  • Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming it.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email jordan.solender@solendermedia.com.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
